Privacy Policy

Pi Credits ("the Platform") is a business-to-business prescription-credit management platform operated for law firms, litigation funders, and their authorized pharmacy partners. This policy describes what information the Platform collects, why it is collected, and how it is protected.

Information We Collect

Company account data: firm name, business contact details, subscription tier, and billing history for each company.

User account data: names, work email addresses, roles, and authentication records for the individuals a company authorizes.

Case and prescription data: case references, prescription intake details, and credit transactions entered by authorized users to operate the medication-funding workflow.

Protected Health Information

Patient health information (PHI) entered into clinical workflows is visible only to roles that require it. Referral partners and non-clinical roles never see PHI. Access is enforced per company and per role at the application and database layers.

Payment Information

Card payments are processed by Elavon Converge Hosted Payments. Card numbers and payment credentials are entered directly with the payment processor and never touch Pi Credits application servers.

How Information Is Used

Operating the credit wallet, prescription intake, and settlement-reconciliation workflows.

Maintaining the permanent audit record that supports lien defensibility.

Billing, support, and transactional notifications.

Platform security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Pi Credits does not sell personal information and does not use customer data for advertising.

Data Retention & Your Rights

Case records are retained for the life of the company account to preserve settlement auditability. Companies may request export or deletion of their data, subject to legal retention obligations, by contacting their account manager through app.picredits.com.
