Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of the Pi Credits platform ("the Platform") by subscribing companies and their authorized users. By registering a company account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.
The Service
Pi Credits provides prepaid prescription-credit wallets, digital prescription intake, pharmacy-fulfillment coordination, and a permanent credit record for personal-injury and workers'-compensation cases. The Platform documents and coordinates prescription-credit workflows; it does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
Subscriptions & Credits
Plans are billed monthly at the published tier price and include the tier's monthly credit grant.
Additional credits are purchased at the tier's per-credit rate and remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
Credits are consumed per prescription according to the published credit-consumption schedule.
Consumed credits are non-refundable once a prescription order is fulfilled.
Company Responsibilities
Maintain accurate company, billing, and user information.
Grant Platform roles only to personnel authorized to view the associated data.
Ensure prescription intake information submitted to the Platform is accurate and lawfully obtained.
Keep account credentials confidential and notify the operator of suspected unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
The Platform may not be used to submit fraudulent prescriptions or liens, to access another company's data, to probe or circumvent security controls, or for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.
Ledger Records
The credit record is permanent by design. Recorded transactions cannot be altered or deleted; corrections are recorded as new compensating entries so the audit trail remains complete.
Termination
Companies may cancel their subscription at the end of any billing period. The operator may suspend accounts for non-payment or material breach of these terms. Record exports remain available to the company for a reasonable period after termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform operator's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the company in the twelve months preceding the claim.
